I recommend getting the second Boom, and the sound will be better than with the Boom Plus—and still cheaper, with a clearly stronger stereo effect 😉
I’m very satisfied with the speaker, even though I’d now take his bigger brother—Motion Boom Plus.
However, in the EU it’s either unavailable or completely sold out.

The actual total output is 30W, meaning 2 x 15W.
And by the way, on the official website it’s sold for ~75€
