BlitzWill BW-CLT2: LED ceiling light with adjustable brightness

The ceiling light named BlitzWill BW-CLT2 will impress with its matte white color finish and a build made from quality metal, PMMA, and PC materials. It has fairly compact dimensions of 400 x 32 millimeters and is powered from the mains with a voltage of 220 – 240 V / 50 – 60 Hz.

The device offers a power consumption of 50 W, as well as brightness of up to 4100 lumens. The lighting array includes 210 SMD2835 LED chips and 60 SMD5050 RGB LED chips. The color temperature ranges from 2700K up to 6500K. The beam angle is 135°, and you’ll also appreciate the increased dust resistance with IP 40 certification.

Since this is smart lighting, it also features Wi-Fi connectivity (2.4 GHz). In addition to remote control, you can also connect it via a mobile app (Tuya / Smart Life), and there’s also support for voice control. You can give voice commands through smart assistants Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

I bought two units—both buzz. The light itself without backlighting buzzes less; when only the backlighting is on, it doesn’t buzz at all. The advantage is that it has the same mounting as the CLT1, so the upgrade takes just a few seconds. The light can also be paired and controlled via the Blitzwolf app. For some people, the remote control may also be a plus. As for brightness, compared to the CLT1 it’s a small, almost minimal difference. Compared to the Arwen 550C, which has (on paper) the same power consumption and almost the same brightness, I’d estimate it shines about half as bright. So based on my subjective opinion, I recommend going for the CLT1 instead.

Hello, I’d like to ask which batteries are these that aren’t included? Do you mean in the remote control, or some backup ones in the light fixture? Thank you
