FlowWash technology for clean mops
One of the key features is the FlowWash system, which continuously washes the mops with hot water at up to 80 °C. Thanks to the 1.22 kg pressure, the vacuum can effectively remove even stubborn stains and prevents dirt from getting back onto the floor. That means the mop stays hygienically clean throughout the entire cleaning cycle.
Mopping is also complemented by a lifting function, so you don't have to worry about the carpet getting wet. The mop automatically lifts by up to 12 mm when carpet is detected.
Intelligent obstacle avoidance
Narwal Freo Flow uses a TwinAI system with two HD cameras and advanced artificial intelligence. It can recognize more than 200 types of objects – from toys and cables to slippers – and safely avoid them. Thanks to this, it avoids collisions and minimizes the risk of getting stuck.
Navigation is also handled by advanced dToF LiDAR, which works even in complete darkness. The vacuum can therefore create detailed home maps and efficiently plan its cleaning route.
Extreme 22,000 Pa suction power
The vacuum offers 22,000 Pa Hyper Suction power, which is several times more than ordinary robots. The special DualFlow system ensures zero hair tangling – the roller brush pushes hair straight into the bin and the side brushes intelligently change shape from V to II depending on the surface. This system saves time and reduces the need for manual brush cleaning.
CarpetFocus™ technology also creates a high-pressure zone directly on the carpet, doubling the vacuuming efficiency. The vacuum can therefore handle even deeply embedded dirt and pet hair.
Perfect cleaning of corners and edges
Narwal Freo Flow goes further than most competitors and can handle the details too. The side brush rotates in the opposite direction during cleaning, allowing it to sweep dust directly out of corners. Meanwhile, the Mop EdgeReach extends to baseboards to within just 5 mm, ensuring precise cleaning along walls as well.

Advanced docking station
The Narwal Freo Flow docking station is among the most advanced on the market. Unfortunately, there’s no SK/CZ language in the app.

It’s extra insurance that we don’t use. The warranty for this robot is 2 years; based on our customers’ previous experience, they even sent them to the EU service center in Poland, so it’s already included. Don’t use it.
