What’s the difference between Banggood and Geekbuing?
Especially regarding the warranty
The warranty is 1 year in both stores. However, based on our experience, Geekbuying has better customer support. Banggood is the typical Chinese seller that first tries to offer a lower refund—you need to be more persistent to get a full refund, or resolve it through us. With our VIP support, we can practically handle any complaint in the customer’s favor. Geekbuying usually approves without issues, and we’ve even seen cases where they returned the customer the price difference because the product they bought was about 20€ cheaper a week later. 🙂
