Ultimea Apollo S40: Soundbar or Bluetooth 5.0 speaker pair
A unique audio system from Ultimea comes in a matte black color combo. In the same color, you also get the connection point or the base when using it separately. The dimensions of this soundbar are 81.1 x 9.8 x 7 cm (when connected), and the weight is 2.27 kg (just the soundbar itself, without accessories).
Four drivers take care of the power, delivering a total 2.2-channel sound. Specifically, it’s two tweeters and two subwoofers. However, you can use them not only as a soundbar, but also as a speaker pair for a kind of “surround” setup. The construction features a split option in the middle. That way, you can create two separate, equally powerful stereo units, placed in the base or on the wall.
Built-in equalizer and rich connectivity
The frequency range this soundbar supports is from 60 Hz – 18 kHz. Ultimea Apollo S40 comes with a built-in LED display to show current volume information or modes, which you can also adjust via the remote control. There’s also a built-in equalizer with preset modes for: Movie, Music, Night, Dialogue, Dynamic, and Hi-Fi.
The maximum output / loudness of this device peaks at 99 dB. In terms of connectivity, you get a solid set of wired ports, such as an analog L/R port, USB-A, AUX, HDMI ARC, a DC power port, and a digital audio input. Wireless connectivity is handled by Bluetooth in version 5.0.
In the product’s retail package, you’ll find the modular dual-part soundbar Ultimea Apollo S40, as well as manufacturer accessories. You’ll get HDMI, a digital audio cable, a wall-mounting kit, a remote control, a set of three different cables with RCA connectors, and two stands. Plus a power cable for the mains (EU Plug, 220 – 240 V / 50 – 60 Hz), and a brief user manual, as usual, in English.

29.10.2024 ordered and paid, until today’s date it still hasn’t been shipped… What am I supposed to think about that?
Hi, please send us your order number via the FB messages or by email [email protected]
I already wrote to you through the contact form, so far without any response.
It was the weekend.
So the item finally arrived today. According to Banggood Express delivery, it should have taken 5 days, but it took 16 days—almost 2 weeks just for packaging and dispatch! After a week of silence, I contacted customer support agents every day, but they couldn’t explain why the shipment wasn’t sent and refused to cancel it. And I also reworked things, because on 11.11. I could have saved another €11 through Black Friday, but since they wouldn’t cancel my order, I had to just wait. The conclusion is probably that I’ll never use Banggood again.
Hi. How are you getting on with the speaker?
Sound is OK, but big jumps in volume…
