If you love homemade pizza but don’t want to wait 30 minutes for a traditional oven, the solution could be the Klaif electric pizza oven. It’s a compact electric oven with 1200 W of power that can reach an extremely high temperature of up to 420 °C. That way, it bakes a crispy pizza with an authentic crust, just like traditional pizza ovens. The manufacturer also uses a ceramic stone with a 32 cm diameter, which ensures even baking.

The main advantages of this small pizza oven are its simplicity and speed. You can have pizza ready in about 4 – 5 minutes, which is often faster than even getting delivery from a pizzeria. Thanks to the double heating system, it heats from both the top and the bottom, so you get evenly baked dough and perfectly melted cheese. Besides pizza, it can also handle other dishes like quesadillas, calzone, or sweet rolls.

Are you shopping on AliExpress for the first time?

The process is via the AliExpress mobile app, where most people shop. There are two key things: don’t use Buy now and enter the coupon only in the order summary, in the field Promo code. After you click Pay now, you won’t be able to add it.

  1. Copy the code and click Use discountIn our article, copy the coupon and click the button GET DISCOUNT. The link will take you directly to the product in the AliExpress app.
  2. Use Add to cart instead of Buy nowOn the product card, scroll down and tap Add to cart. Don’t use the Buy now button—you’ll skip the cart, and later you won’t have anywhere to enter the coupon. Before that, double-check the variant: the color, the version, and whether it ships from an EU warehouse.
  3. Through the cart, go to CheckoutA pop-up will appear: Added to cart! — tap Check it out in it. If it disappeared, open the cart with the icon at the bottom right. In the cart, check the product and quantity, then click the red Checkout. Only the items marked with the red ring will be applied.
  4. Enter your address and card, then look for Promo codeIn the order summary, first fill in the delivery address and payment card at the top. Below them there’s a line Promo code — expand it with the arrow on the right.
Riadok Promo code v zhrnutí objednávky v aplikácii AliExpress
Look for this line under the address and payment method.
  5. Paste the code and confirm ApplyIn the field Promo code paste the copied code and click the black Apply. The code is case-sensitive and must not contain spaces.
Políčko Promo code s kódom a tlačidlom Apply v aplikácii AliExpress
Paste the code into the field and confirm with the Apply button.
  6. Check the savings and payIn the Summary expand the line Saved — you’ll see the applied coupon there as AliExpress coupons/codes. Only when Total is really lower, click Pay now.
Riadok Saved s uplatneným kupónom a znížený Total v aplikácii AliExpress
The applied coupon will appear in the Saved line and will reduce the Total.
Apply the discount already at the order summary. After you click Pay now, you can no longer add a coupon. If Apply shows an error, the code has either expired, doesn’t apply to your items, or the order doesn’t meet the minimum amount.
The Store Coupon also goes in the same field. — a coupon from the seller itself, which isn’t always available and changes from day to day. AliExpress coupons can’t be combined, so try both and go with the one that gives you more. Coins are added automatically.

These are photos from reviews

This pizza oven is enjoying a lot of popularity on AliExpress, and you can see why. For its price, it offers quite a lot and includes all the features needed to make pizza baking as efficient as possible. From double-sided heating all the way up to 420 °C, a viewing window for checking during baking, an analog timer for temperature, and fairly compact dimensions.

Compact pizza oven with an extreme temperature up to 420 °C

The biggest draw that Klaif electric pizza oven brings is its extremely high maximum temperature. The dual heating elements can reach up to 420 °C, which is much more than most conventional home ovens can manage. As a result, the pizza bakes very quickly and you get the typical crispy crust.

The oven has two separate rotating temperature controls, allowing you to set the top and bottom heating elements independently. In total, there are five temperature levels, so you can dial in the perfect conditions for different types of pizza or other dishes. The built-in thermometer also shows the current temperature during baking.

Ceramic stone for authentic pizza

An important part of the pizza oven is the 12-inch natural ceramic stone. It stores heat and distributes it evenly into the dough, ensuring a perfectly baked pizza bottom without burning. This principle is also used in professional pizza ovens in restaurants.

The ceramic stone is also removable, making cleaning very easy. After baking, just take it out and let it cool down. Combined with the high-temperature protective layer inside the oven, maintenance is minimal—something everyone will appreciate who doesn’t want to spend lots of time cleaning after cooking.

Fast baking and easy operation

Using this oven is extremely simple. Just plug it in, set your desired temperature, and place the pizza inside. With 1200 W of power and a high temperature, your pizza can be ready in about four minutes. The transparent viewing window on the top part also lets you watch the entire baking process.

The manufacturer thinks about safety right away with several elements. The oven has heat-resistant handles to prevent burns, anti-slip feet, and also protection against overheating. Stability during use is therefore very good, and you can use the device on your kitchen counter without any problems.

It’s not just pizza: it handles more dishes

Even if the name suggests it’s a pizza oven, the use cases are broader. Besides classic pizza, you can also make various snacks or sweet desserts. For example, it can easily handle quesadillas, baked calzones, or cinnamon rolls.

The 12-inch (about 32 cm) diameter is ideal for a standard home pizza. At the same time, the oven itself is very compact, so it won’t take up much space in your kitchen. The height is approximately 6.5 inches and the total length is approximately 34 cm, so you can comfortably store it in a cabinet.

What they measured in an independent test

The Polish site czajna.pl got the oven and measured it with a thermometer. After roughly ten minutes, the upper heating element reached above 550 °C, while the ceramic stone itself — i.e., the part that determines the quality of the pizza base — was about 340 °C after ten minutes and 390 °C after fifteen minutes. So the stated maximum temperature isn’t just marketing, although you need to allow at least a quarter of an hour to fully heat the stone.

The test also pointed out three things you should keep in mind. The integrated thermometer on the lid shows lower values than the heating elements and the stone, so take it as a reference. During operation, the oven lid heats up to about 160 °C, and the plastic handles get hot too, so you won’t get by without an oven mitt. And even though it has an analog timer, it doesn’t have automatic shut-off — after it rings, it won’t turn off by itself, so don’t walk away while baking.

What people who really have the oven at home say

We mentioned this oven on our Facebook page five times since March, and under the posts, more than ten people gradually chimed in who actually use it. We went through the whole discussion and selected what matters most — including the drawbacks that were mentioned there.

The most common thing that comes up is baking time — and it doesn’t play in the manufacturer’s favor: owners report an even shorter time, than the one the manufacturer expects. Michal says he has an older version without the window and thermometer, and he would still have changed only with difficulty.

Michal: “We have the older version without the window and thermometer. The pizza from it is fantastic, I don’t want anything else. 2 – 3 minutes in there and it’s done. We also tried frozen, but the taste was awful, as always.”

Joseph also says something similar. He bought the oven a month ago, and Dominik reacts right away to the most common concern about size.

Jozef: “I recommend it — it’s great. I’ve had it about a month and we’ve already baked around 20 pizzas with it.”

Dominik: “I have it too and it’s genuinely awesome. It makes 32 cm pizza on average, but there’s more than enough room. I recommend buying this pizza oven.”

The most complete experience was described by Richard, who commented on the oven step by step from delivery to the final verdict. And he’s fair — he doesn’t promise miracles.

Richard: “For the price, it’s great — it depends what you expect from it. Of course, for €50 you can’t expect miracles, but if you get the settings right, you can make a great pizza. I bought it mainly because of the price and because I don’t have to ruin an expensive oven at home. If you can make a good dough and estimate how it’s made, you can get a very tasty pizza.”

One thing worth mentioning from these photos is easy to be fooled by: in the shot with ham and corn, there’s a pizza sitting on baking paper. Don’t do that in this oven. Regular baking paper from the manufacturer is typically rated for up to 220 – 250 °C, while Klaif goes to 420 °C. At that temperature, the paper will char and can even catch fire, and the oven has no automatic shut-off—when baking, don’t leave it unattended anyway. The dough goes directly on the preheated stone; that’s exactly what it’s for. If you’re worried your pizza will stick, dust the pizza peel with coarse semolina or flour.

Three tips from the owners that you won’t find in the manual

  • After three minutes, rotate the pizza by 90°. Martin notes that the dough can slightly burn right under the top heating element—just briefly open the oven and rotate the pizza.
  • Let the dough rest overnight. A piece of advice that came up in the discussion many times and works for any pizza.
  • You don’t even have to make it. Several owners buy a ready-made base in Lidl for a few euros, and according to them it puffs up nicely—even with bubbles inside. It’s worth adding to the oven a pizza peel, a cutting board, and a slicer—feel free to go with cheaper lines like IKEA.

Not just praise, though: in the discussion, three objections were raised and they deserve an answer. The first is size. The question “isn’t it small at 32 cm?” was asked by one of the owners directly under the comment, and the reply was about as honest as it gets: “Yeah, it’s small, but it’s great for us—it’s enough—and for that price.” For two people, 32 cm is a normal portion; for a four-person family, that means baking twice.

The second is baking time. Martin argued that at 420 °C the pizza should be ready in 90 seconds. He’s right, but he’s comparing it to a wood-fired or gas oven—those heat the stone to much higher temperatures and cost multiples more. For an electric oven running from a regular outlet, two to four minutes is perfectly fine.

The third is power consumption—a comment like “you can sharpen knives on your electric meter readings” showed up too. But the numbers don’t back it up: the oven has a power input of 1200 W, and even if it ran at full power the whole time, fifteen minutes to heat up plus four minutes of baking comes to roughly 0.4 kWh. At a typical rate, that’s about ten cents per pizza. Meanwhile, a conventional oven usually has about double the power input and takes longer to preheat.

Skeptical comments like “another junk contraption” appeared in the discussion, but what’s interesting is that they didn’t come from anyone who actually owns the oven. The strongest argument, on the other hand, was given by Ladislav: he bought a very similarly looking oven two years ago from a reputable brand, paid more than double today’s price for it—and it had neither a window nor a thermometer, no separate control for the upper and lower heating elements, and no removable stone.
