Buying from China is a normal thing these days. At the same time, it’s a lot more complicated than it was a few years ago. From 1 July 2026, new customs duty applies to shipments up to €150 from Chinese warehouses, coupons change from day to day, and with a single product you’ll often run into three versions, five sellers, and six different prices.

That’s exactly why we’re here. China Planet isn’t just a site with articles. For every order that goes through our links, you get service that a Chinese e-shop won’t give you on its own: your own contact directly in the e-shop, help with claims, tailor-made coupons, and since this year also our own Deal Planet price comparator.

Below you’ll find the full list. And right at the start, the most important thing: none of this costs you a single cent extra.

The article is updated regularly. Last updated: September 2026.

In short

  • You buy directly from a verified seller, and we add a coupon and support in Slovak.
  • The product price won’t increase by even a cent — the commission is paid by the e-shop, not you.
  • With our main partners, we have our own person who handles customer issues for us.
  • Price history, coupons, and the EU warehouse filter are free on Deal Planet.

How buying “through” China Planet works

Let’s clear up one thing right away, because this is what you ask us about most often. By buying “through” China Planet, we don’t mean shopping on our website. We don’t sell you anything, and your money never passes through us. You place the order and make the payment directly with the e-shop, exactly as if you had gone to it on your own.

We act as an intermediary. In our discount and coupon articles, we place special links — they’re always in red buttons in the price box. When you click through that button and complete your purchase, the order is also recorded in our system. Only thanks to this record can we give you the benefits from the list below.

The important thing is clicking through the red button, not the coupon itself

Why it’s free for you

From every purchase, we receive a small commission from the e-shop. You don’t pay it, and it doesn’t increase the product price in any way — it’s a seller’s marketing expense. It’s these commissions that we use to pay for the editorial team, hosting, and development of our tools. So when you shop through our links, you get extra support and also help us keep the site alive.

Our benefits, on the other hand, do not apply to orders you placed directly on the seller’s website or through another intermediary. In that case, we simply don’t have the order in our system, so we have nothing to work with.

What to watch out for so you don’t miss out on the benefits

This is the most common reason why an order „doesn’t go through“. Go through these points before you place your order:

  • Use Chrome — on desktop and mobile, ideally with our extension. Opera, Brave, Safari, or built-in smartphone browsers are not reliable.
  • Turn off ad blockers, cashback services, and price-tracking extensions. They can “pull” your order under themselves, and you’ll lose our support.
  • Watch out for sellers’ mobile apps. In most of them, the order won’t go through. The exception is Banggood and AliExpress, where the app works too.
  • Shop in one go. If several days pass between the click and the payment, or if you delete cookies in the meantime, the connection may be lost.

💡 If you’re not sure how to shop correctly, use a coupon, and get support, write to us before placing the order. We’ll explain it to you and save you some nerves.

Which e-shops we work with

In our articles, you’ll find offers from multiple sellers. We can’t provide the same level of support for all of them, so let’s be straight about it. The list below isn’t sorted by who pays us the most, but by how often you actually buy from them.

Stores where we have direct contact

With these e-shops, we have our own person on the other side who handles our readers’ orders. That’s where our support is strongest.

Banggood

Our biggest partner

  • A seller verified over years with its own warehouses
  • Excellent customer support
  • A lot of products in EU warehouses
  • Shipping without VAT (EU Priority Line, Banggood Express)
  • The order goes through even via the mobile app
  • Benefits from China Planet

Gshopper

Marketplace with verified sellers

  • Many reliable sellers in one place
  • Quality customer support with our direct contact
  • Free delivery available
  • Shipping without VAT and customs duty
  • Payment by card or through PayPal
  • Benefits from China Planet

Geekbuying

Best care and service

  • Reliability and care first
  • A lot of e-scooters and bikes in EU warehouses
  • Shipping without VAT (Priority Line)
  • Payment by card or through PayPal
  • Benefits from China Planet

TradingShenzhen

  • Payment by card, PayPal, or cryptocurrencies
  • Benefits from China Planet

Brand stores

Here we can help just as well: Vevor (the European and German stores, which often have better prices), Engwe, Lankeleisi, Bluetti, and Govee. We’re also gradually adding local sellers like Planeo.sk and Alza.sk.

AliExpress and DHgate: the most products, but different service

AliExpress is now the source of the largest number of offers we share: it has the widest selection, the most EU warehouses, and the most aggressive sales of the year. But let’s be honest — it’s a marketplace of thousands of independent sellers, and nobody there has a “line to headquarters.” We do have a contact person, but support is more limited compared to our main partners.

What you’ll still get from us with AliExpress: coupons updated all year round, a selection of verified sellers (we never link to a random store with three ratings), help choosing the right version and shipping, and exact guidance for complaints — where and what to click, how to word the dispute, and how to reach a live person on live chat. What we can’t handle for you there is the complaint with the seller itself.

Shop safely.

Shop with benefits.

Shop via China Planet.

Our support applies to any product purchased through our links. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the articles, order through our buttons and message us — for many products, we can get you a coupon on request.

14 shopping benefits with China Planet

We’ve split the list into four blocks based on what you need right now — from saving money to peace of mind, all the way to what to do if something goes wrong.

You save more than with a regular purchase

  1. Special discount coupons up to 80% off. Thanks to our long-term cooperation with sellers, we have codes you won’t find elsewhere. Most of them we send to the newsletter and to Telegram, but you can also find them directly in the articles. If you want to know about the offer right away, enable notifications via the red bell icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.
  2. Tailored coupon. Are you eyeing a specific product, but you don’t want it without a discount? Message us on Facebook, Instagram, or by email, and we’ll try to arrange a code for you.
  3. We monitor prices every day. We track price development and coupon rotation across stores, so we can tell you whether it’s worth buying today or waiting for the next sale.
  4. Price history that reveals a fake discount. On Deal Planet, you’ll see a price history chart next to the product. If the item was months at 249 €, then a week before the sale it jumped to 299 €, and now it’s “on discount” for 245 €, you’ll spot it at a glance on the chart. And when the price truly drops to its historical low, you know it’s time.
  5. Price alerts instead of daily checking. Set your target price and Deal Planet will notify you when the offer drops to that level. It works for a specific memory version too, not just the model in general.

Buy safely and without surprises

  1. Verified sellers, original products, no fakes. We only link to shops and sellers we’ve already tested. You won’t get an empty box, a bag of sand, or a copy priced like the original. If a seller stops proving reliable, we’ll simply stop sharing them.
  2. We’ll verify the product and the seller before you buy. This is probably the most underrated thing we do. Did you find an offer somewhere that looks too good to be true? Send us the link and we’ll tell you whether the seller is trustworthy, whether it’s an original, and whether the price matches reality. Just send a message — you don’t have to buy anything from us.
  3. We’ll warn you about the Chinese version of the product. Chinese versions are often significantly cheaper, but they’re not for everyone. We’ll tell you about differences in the system, language variants, mobile bands, or power/charging standards in advance — not only when your package arrives. Deal Planet also labels these models directly in the catalog.
  4. EU warehouses, meaning no customs duty and no customs processing. From July 1, 2026, shipments from Chinese warehouses to 150 € are subject to customs duty of 3 € per type of goods (on AliExpress it shows with VAT as approximately 3.7 €), and if an order includes multiple product types, the fee is multiplied. For items that are already in the EU, this doesn’t apply at all, and delivery is typically just a few days. In our articles, we always state the warehouse, and on Deal Planet you can filter offers by warehouse country.
  5. We handle lost or undelivered parcels for you. If your shipment gets lost on the way, get in touch with us. Thanks to direct contacts, we have better negotiation terms than a regular customer, and we can push for a refund or the shipment of a new package.

If something goes wrong, we’ll handle it

  1. Items are missing from the package. You ordered multiple items at once and something’s missing from the shipment? Write to us and we’ll arrange the delivery or a refund. And if the package is missing the EU plug adapter — which is common with products from China — we’ll send you the EU adapter for our outlets for free.
  2. Complaints and returns within Europe. With claims against Chinese sellers, we have years of experience and we can handle even cases that look hopeless at first glance. For products up to around $50, sellers usually just replace the item with a new one right away. Thanks to the EU service centers, in most cases you won’t need to send anything to China.

You’re not alone in this

  1. Online support almost nonstop and guidance when choosing. Can’t agree with the seller? You need to change the address in your order or the payment didn’t go through? Write to us and we’ll sort it out. We’ll also advise you when choosing the product and shipping — we know what’s worth it in that price range and where you can buy it most выгодly. If you’re completely new to buying from China, we’ll walk you through it step by step.
  2. A community that replies even at midnight. In our Facebook group, people help each other with purchases, share discounts, and warn about non-working coupons. On Telegram, we post the best offers every day, and at Deal Planet we’re building a database of real shop reviews from Slovak customers — about delivery speed, communication, and the claims process.

Deal Planet: our price comparison tool that you can use for free

Most of the advantages above are built by people. Deal Planet is the second half — a tool that monitors prices, coupons, and stock for you nonstop. We launched it in 2026 and it’s our biggest project in recent years.

You’ll find more than 9,000 products from AliExpress, Banggood, Geekbuying, Gshopper, and DHgate, over 2,500 active coupons with automatic selection of the best code, and almost 7,000 offers from European warehouses. We’ve been building the price database since May 2026, and it already contains hundreds of thousands of recorded prices.

Deal Planet is free, works without registration, and you can add it to your desktop like an app

What you’ll benefit from it the most:

  • Search in Slovak. You type “robot vacuum cleaner” and you don’t have to know the exact English product name from the store. You can also paste the full product URL.
  • EU warehouses — filter by the warehouse country and avoid customs duty and customs clearance.
  • Coupons for AliExpress — a continuously updated page with codes that really work.
  • Cheap gadgets from EU warehouses — practical little things up to about €50 that arrive in just a few days.

The catalog, prices, and coupons don’t require registration. You only need to sign in if you want to write reviews and comments or set a price alert. Deal Planet works like a PWA, so you can add it to your phone’s home screen and use it like a regular app — it also has a dark mode.

Coming soon: a brand-new browser extension

In the final phase, we have a completely new Chrome extension that will replace the current one. The goal is simple — to have coupons and price history right where you shop, directly in the web store window, and not in another open tab.

We’re not revealing everything yet because we’re still testing some features. But it will be an update to the existing extension, so if you already have it installed, the new features will appear automatically and you won’t need to reinstall anything. If you don’t have it yet, download the current one — it helps us correctly match your order, and once the update is released you’ll have everything ready right away.

We’ll let you know first via our Telegram and the newsletter.

Frequent questions about shopping from China

Is buying from China safe?

Yes, as long as you shop from a verified seller. The risk when buying from China isn’t that someone will steal your money—payments go through PayPal or a card with buyer protection, and major marketplaces have their own dispute systems. The real risk is that you may end up receiving a different model—the Chinese version instead of the global one—or even a counterfeit. That’s exactly what we handle by linking only to sellers we’ve already tested and by pointing out which product version you’re getting.

Do I have to pay customs duty when I buy from China?

For shipments from Chinese warehouses: yes. From 1 July 2026, customs duty of €3 applies to shipments up to €150, depending on the type of goods. AliExpress charges it directly in the cart, and with VAT it works out to roughly €3.7. If your order includes multiple different product types, the fee may be multiplied. You don’t pay customs duty for goods from the EU warehouse—it’s already included in the price and there’s no customs procedure to deal with at all.

How long does delivery take?

From an EU warehouse, it’s usually a few business days—similar to buying from a Slovak e-shop. From a Chinese warehouse, count on roughly two to three weeks, and with cheaper shipping it can take longer too. The warehouse it ships from is listed in every article and in the price box.

Do I get a warranty for products from China?

Yes. As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory two-year warranty, and if you order from an EU warehouse you can apply it completely as usual. For items shipped from China, the seller handles the warranty—and that’s exactly where having us on your side is most useful. With our main partners, we have a direct contact and we can push the claim further than a regular customer can. Plus, thanks to European service centers, in most cases you won’t have to send anything to China.

What if my package doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?

Send us a message with your order number and we’ll handle it for you. If you bought through our links, we have your order in our system and in our partner shops there’s also direct contact we can use to push for a refund or a replacement shipment. On AliExpress, we guide you what and where to click so the dispute gets accepted.

How much does your support cost?

Nothing. Support is free and the price of the item won’t go up because of it. The commission is paid by the shop from its marketing budget. The only condition is that the order goes through our red button—otherwise we simply can’t see it in the system.

Why do I have to click your red button specifically?

Because that’s the only way the order gets linked to us and we can stand up for it. The coupon alone isn’t enough—you can enter the code even if you landed on the shop via a different path, but then we don’t have the order associated and we have nothing to hold the seller accountable for. That’s why we recommend Chrome, with adblock turned off, and completing the purchase in one go.

We keep adding to the list of benefits. If something is missing or you have an idea for what we could help you with, message us—most things on this list were created exactly that way, from a question by one of our readers.

Does it work the same for customers from the Czech Republic, and for anyone else in the EU?
