Core Ultra 5 226V: Efficient chip with NPU 40 TOPS
The Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor belongs to Intel’s Lunar Lake generation, designed mainly for thin laptops with long battery life. It has eight cores (four performance and four efficiency) and eight threads, reaching up to 4.5 GHz. The chip also includes a neural processing unit (NPU) with 40 TOPS, which offloads the CPU for AI features in Windows and in applications.
The picture is handled by integrated graphics Intel Arc 130V. For office work, high-resolution video playback, or photo editing, it’s more than enough—and it can even handle casual games. For modern AAA titles at the highest settings, you’ll still need a dedicated graphics card.
16 GB LPDDR5X and 512 GB SSD
The system memory has a capacity of 16 GB LPDDR5X. In Lunar Lake chips, it’s placed directly on the processor package, which helps deliver high speed—but there’s also a downside: the RAM can’t be upgraded later. If you know you’ll need more memory, you have to plan for it already when buying.
