We’re testing the scooter
Ausom F1 Max arrived at our editorial office for testing and for the first time we can try out this fairly new newcomer in the e-scooter field. It’s a private label of the Geekbuying seller, who has prepared several models for this year.
We decided to pick this best dual-motor scooter from their lineup. First impressions were truly great, but we were a bit disappointed by the small handlebar height. Otherwise, the scooter feels really solid—right as we unpacked it, we said immediately that it’s a well-made piece. The construction is sturdy and nothing shifts during the ride.
You’ll also like the option to lock the scooter with a PIN code, and to unlock it you can use the included NFC chips. It accelerates really nicely. However, as luck would have it—right after four kilometers we got a flat tire, so we’re waiting for a new pneumatic tire that Geekbuying is sending to us directly.
Two powerful 1400 W motors
At the heart of the scooter are two 1400 W motors that together deliver up to 3840 W of maximum power. Riding the F1 Max is pure adrenaline—the top speed reaches up to 72 km/h and, thanks to strong torque, it can handle climbs up to 72%. Three riding modes let you adjust the power to your needs, so you can switch between riding with one or two motors. But the power is only half the story.
The world’s first four-spring suspension
The Ausom F1 Max is the very first scooter in the world with 4 independent springs in both the rear and front suspension. This system guarantees a completely new comfort standard—whether you’re riding over city paving stones or on unpaved roads. Combined with large 10-inch tubeless tires, it delivers excellent stability and traction even in demanding conditions.
The scooter is equipped with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, complemented by an electronic E-ABS system. Thanks to this combination, you get extremely precise and powerful braking with up to 30% shorter braking distance. The F1 Max keeps up not only with performance, but also with safety standards.
Range up to 100 km and maximum endurance
Endurance is handled by a 60 V battery with a capacity of 20.8 Ah (1248 Wh), which allows a range of up to 100 km on a single charge. With two charging ports, you can cut charging time from 12 hours to 6 if you use two adapters. NFC and a code lock are also included, protecting your scooter from unwanted use. On board you’ll find a clear 4.5-inch LCD display that shows all the important ride data, including speed, battery status, and the selected mode.
The scooter has a wide deck with a load capacity of up to 150 kg, an aluminum frame, a folding mechanism, and a stable, smooth accelerator. Of course, there’s also a complete lighting system, including front and rear lights, turn signals, and ambient lighting for night riding. In the box you’ll find the Ausom F1 Max scooter itself, a charger, mounting tools, screws, a cable for a card, and even a couple of protective gloves. The manufacturer didn’t leave anything out.
