ENGWE Y600: 600 W e-scooter with a removable seat
ENGWE Y600 will arrive at your home in a box with larger dimensions, at the level of 122 x 24 x 48 cm. The scooter itself weighs 26.5 kilograms. The design also features increased water resistance, even with IP X5 certification.
The integrated 600 W electric motor handles the power, offering a maximum speed of 25 km/h. The scooter can handle inclines at an angle of up to 15°, and it’s equipped with thick 10″ x 4″ tires that won’t disappoint you even when riding off paved surfaces. Mechanical disc brakes, complemented by an electronic braking system (E-ABS), ensure confident stopping.
An 18.2 Ah battery and a range of up to 70 kilometers
The package also includes front and rear LED headlights, a wide footboard area with a near 23-centimeter height (9.05″), and for longer rides you can also add the seat that’s included. If you want to make the scooter smaller for carrying, you can do so in three steps. After releasing the stem, you fold the handlebars and secure them in the lower part of the scooter body.
The built-in battery has a capacity of 48 V / 18.2 Ah, which ultimately provides a range of up to 70 kilometers on a single charge. That’s thanks in part to an intelligent battery consumption management system. It also includes protection against overheating, overcharging, full discharge, and short circuits. Charging to full capacity takes about 8 hours.
The retail package includes, in this case, the electric scooter itself ENGWE, along with accessories. You’ll also get a replaceable battery, a removable seat, a mains charger with a local plug (EU Plug, 220 – 240 V / 50 – 60 Hz), a tool to secure the individual parts, as well as a brief user manual for the scooter, in English.

I looked up reviews online — they were pretty decent. They say they improved it a lot compared to the previous S6; people praised both comfort and range. They say the written ~60–70 km is also quite real in Eco mode. This looks like a much more successful clone compared to the Kukirin M4 Pro. I’m considering buying it as a second brand for the city. Does it have a charging connector with a “microphone-style” classic plug? It’s also the same one that Kukirin has, and other similar 48V models?
but I assume yes — you can see it even though there’s no cover at the bottom https://chinaplanet.sk/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/engwe-y600-scooter-4.jpg
Yes, it will have the classic charging connector.
great — because at home I have more of these 48V chargers, so I’d make use of them
