Notice: At first glance, the Jimmy H10 Pro and H10 Flex vacuum cleaners look very similar, but when you check the specifications, it’s clear that the H10 Flex is the cheaper sibling. It has smaller 2500 mAh battery cells instead of 3000 mAh and it lacks a large plastic charging stand. The suction performance, design, and other accessories are identical.

Our detailed review:

High performance and advanced filtration

Cordless stick vacuum cleaner Jimmy H10 Flex is equipped with a highly efficient brushless motor made in-house with a power of 600 W, which can deliver suction power of up to 245 AW with maximum suction of 26,000 Pa. That means it can effectively remove even the tiniest dirt—whether it’s fine dust, pet hair, or unpleasant allergens. With this power, you’ll keep floors and surfaces throughout your home or apartment perfectly clean.

A major advantage of this vacuum cleaner is its patented in-house technology: the horizontal filtration system, which can effectively separate dust and dirt from the air while also reducing suction loss. It captures large dust particles and up to 99.9% of fine dust, helping you avoid re-contaminating the air.

A proper battery and a dust sensor

It’s powered by a removable battery, consisting of eight cells with a capacity of 2500 mAh each. Its runtime depends on the vacuuming mode you choose, but the maximum value claimed by the manufacturer is up to 80 minutes of continuous use. The benefit of the removable battery is that you can charge it separately—away from the vacuum—which significantly improves usability.

An interesting feature of this model is the advanced dust-sensing technology. The vacuum can detect the dust concentration on different surfaces, then display it on the built-in smart LED display. It uses a color indicator: red means heavy contamination and blue means clean surfaces. This gives you a clear overview of the cleanliness level in your home.

Multifunctional design and plenty of accessories

You can use this vacuum in standard stick vacuum mode with a flexible metal tube for cleaning floors, carpets, and other surfaces. However, once you remove the tube, you can attach various additional nozzles and use it as a handheld vacuum to clean hard-to-reach areas. That way, you get both types of vacuum cleaners for the price of one.

As we’ve gotten used to with Jimmy-branded products, their packaging is usually really packed. Besides the vacuum body itself, the manufacturer includes a high-quality flexible tube, four different attachments, an electric floor brush with LED lighting, an electric mattress brush, and a stand with a charging station. After unpacking, you can use the vacuum immediately without needing to buy anything else.

Do I understand correctly that this is basically the Jimmy H10 Pro version but without the mop?

Reply
Frederik Admin · 5. August 2023

Neither does the H10 Pro have a mop. The H10 Flex has a slightly smaller battery and it’s missing the charging stand.

But the charging stand is included in the picture here… so it must exist where I can buy it? https://chinaplanet.sk/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/jimmy_h10_flex_02.png

It has a small plastic stand. The H10 Pro had a large charging stand, just like the H9 Pro. You can see the packaging in the photo from our review.

Oh, thanks—that’s exactly what I meant, so there is a small stand. Great then! Decided—I’m getting the Flex.

peterpan88 · 5. April 2024

Interesting what I found out: on Jimmy’s official website e-shop, this Flex model is also sold with a charging base stand—but the price is much higher, so you probably have to buy the stand separately. https://jimmy.eu/products/h10-flex-cordless-handheld-vacuum-cleaner
So on Ali they sell an incomplete bundle!!!

Frederik Admin · 5. April 2024

On Ali they sell the same bundle as on Geekbuying.

Yes, then I wrote it wrong—thanks for the photo from your review of the packaging as proof!

Well, as I found out, you told me only half the truth. This H10 Flex that I asked about doesn’t have a mop, but there is an H10 Flex mopping version—and that one does have a mop. I’ll consider whether it’s really better to get the mopping version… I just hope this Jimmy has better suction power than, for example, the Proscenic P11 Pro / P12 and the Jigoo C500—or something like the Ultenic U12, or similar on AliExpress.

Editorial staff Admin · 24 April 2024

After all, the article also mentions the mopping version…

Hello, have you tested the Proscenic P12? Is it weak? Weak suction power? For a home with kids, crumbs, dust, sand. … Thank you

Reply
Frederik Admin · 3. May 2024

The P12 isn’t available anymore.

Reply
peterpan88 · November 22, 2024

Of course it’s weaker—it can’t have the same suction power if the vacuum costs almost half as much. That makes sense, doesn’t it 😉 Jimmy H class is the best of Xiaomi

Also, we have an older Jimmy model from you, and the high-performance JV85 Pro—plus it has a charging stand. So it’s a shame they didn’t include it here. This is quite a deciding factor. Maybe the classic H10 Pro will get cheaper too, which is the direct successor of the H9 Pro and also the JV85 Pro—or it will be within a Black Friday / Christmas promo.

Reply
Frederik Admin · 21. November 2023

H10 Pro is no longer sold and won’t be; it was replaced by the H10 Flex model.

Reply
George · 23. November 2023

Can’t we just buy a H9 Pro battery which is 3000mAh and use it with H10 Flex?

Reply
Frederik Admin · 23. November 2023

I don’t know how to answer this specific question—ask Geebkuying support.

Reply
George · 23. November 2023

I just checked, unfortunately they have a different size and format. Anyway…

Reply
peterpan88 · 3. April 2024

of course the older generation H9 pro has a completely different battery type and shape with different pins, so from my understanding it won’t fit.. but You can buy for example a battery for the H10 pro model and pair/plug it into the flex (lite) model—it should fit and work like that (both models are from the same line series and have the same shape and the same pins, I suppose)

Reply
peterpan88 · 22. March 2024

and get it separately somewhere, like a stand, or can you buy it? Because honestly these types of vacuums—especially Jimmy—without a functional stand is never a thing for me.

Reply
peterpan88 · 3. April 2024

I just found out that’s not true—it wasn’t replaced at all by the Flex. That’s a completely different model! Flex is basically the so-called Lite, an “easier/lightened” version of the H10 Pro without a stand and with a weaker battery. Now I’ve been looking and checking—for example on our local Heureka listing. Regular H10 Pro resellers/eshops offer it (and they also offer Flex), but the Pro model here costs roughly €100 more than the Flex.. Just look at Heureka and check the prices—most sellers push it way above €400, and at that price it’s just not worth it… likely because of the stronger battery and the stand, apparently.. those are premium things, which the lightened Lite Flex model doesn’t have. The fact that it disappeared from Chinese shops where it was mainly much cheaper with coupons doesn’t mean it was replaced by the Flex—that’s a completely different model. The Pro model is still made as well; it’s just that the Chinese e-shops don’t have it, which is a real shame, because here the Pro model is quite expensive and by price it’s already catching up to some Dyson models.. Because Flex is a very cut-down version—especially the battery, which then results in a much lower total runtime.
It’s worth considering whether a 3000mAh accumulator from the Pro model would fit on the Flex too, if the pins and the connector are identical—then it should work. For the Pro model battery, for example, the original one is available on Aliexpress; a parts shop listing the replacement battery costs around €80

We had information that a Chinese seller from Geek has discontinued selling these items. These SK shops are probably selling off the last stock that European distributors still have—this will probably take a while until it’s completely sold out. But then again, Jimmy is starting to push its own distribution on certain EU markets, and it wants to eliminate such cheap Chinese e-shops (for example, the basic H10 Flex model can’t be ordered from Geek to some SK addresses). The battery from the H10 Flex doesn’t fit the H10 Pro—we already checked that.

peterpan88 · 5. April 2024

If it’s true that the batteries don’t fit each other even though they’re from the same series (the pin design looks the same in the pictures), then that’s a big shame. So we’ll be forced to wait for the successor, the H11 Pro… I don’t want to risk and buy a battery from AliExpress unless it’s confirmed everywhere for sure. Batteries are only listed for the Pro model everywhere; for the Flex model there are no batteries anywhere—that’s also pretty strange… The Flex is seriously a worse version, honestly a joke, if it really replaced the full-value Pro model. That was a total mistake and a misstep by Jimmy. Sadly, they should’ve stuck with the Pro model or, better yet, just introduced a proper full-value successor to the H11 Pro right away.

I never manage to catch a coupon 🙁 honestly, I’m grinding my teeth. Everywhere I read it’s dock 2in1, so I believe it charges, because vacuums that need you to swap the battery or plug in a cable every time—I don’t even look at those. JV85 has a nice stand—though only if it’s meant to go on the wall.

Reply
peterpan88 · 5. April 2024

We have the JV85 Pro at home, so I can only recommend it! The charging stand is an irreplaceable thing.. the Flex model can go somewhere.. Plus, the battery is much weaker compared to the Pro model.

So I just ordered it and I hope it’s as awesome as everyone keeps praising it.
The purchased version without a mop—honestly, it feels like unnecessary stuff: a wet cloth might be fine for smaller areas.
Experience with other models. 😉

peterpan88 · 5. August 2023

Oh, then it’s a completely different model. I thought it was just a modified version of the original one with a mop… (and in the end, the parent model doesn’t even have it :).. 2500 vs 3000 is quite a minus. For roughly a 30 EUR difference in the final price with a coupon, it’s not worth it. (the Pro model comes out to about 299€ with the coupon) And without the charging stand it’s basically useless—it just lies around somewhere and gets in the way.
