Hello, the e-scooter is no longer available in the EU warehouse. Banggood is currently having a shipping outage from Chinese warehouses, they are dealing with it, but we don't know exactly when it will be available again.
What about spare parts? Replacing tires or the battery?
We couldn't find original spare parts on AliExpress or Banggood, but some universal ones might fit. More serious faults are handled through a warranty claim with them.

When choosing shipping, you can either use SHIP FROM CN (the e-scooter costs more than 1000 $ and delivery time is 35 – 55 days) or SHIP FROM CZ (the price is around 850 $ and delivery time is 1 – 3 days). Hello. We’ve updated the prices and the e-scooter is cheaper in the Chinese warehouse (for Slovakia, shipping to the Czech Republic is much cheaper). Banggood often has lower prices in its EU warehouses. You don’t have to pay customs duty or tax, so you don’t need to worry about that. It’s just a seller promotion.
