KTC H24V13: The gaming monitor features 100 Hz, FreeSync & G-Sync
KTC brings its gaming model KTC H24V13 in a 23.8″ diagonal. The overall dimensions of the device body are 540 x 319 x 42 mm (without the stand) or 540 x 415 x 195 mm (with the integrated stand).
The monitor comes in a matte black finish, and thanks to the plastic housing it’s also fairly lightweight—just 2.3 kg (without the stand) or 2.8 kg (with the stand).

The main attraction is the 23.8″ VA panel with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), which also has a high refresh rate of up to 100 Hz. The panel’s dynamic contrast is 4000:1, plus it offers 104% sRGB color gamut and 8-bit colors. The impressive experience is completed by modern ultra-thin bezels around the display.
HDR10 technology and a 3.5 mm audio connector
Among the other features, you’ll find HDR10 technology and a response time as low as 16 ms. There’s also a blue light reduction mode for late-night work or worse lighting conditions. The monitor is compatible with FreeSync and G-Sync, and it also includes anti-flicker protection.
On the back, you get VESA mounting and a rich set of ports. It mainly includes an HDMI port for video input, as well as an older VGA connector, a 3.5 mm audio connector for wired headphones, and a DC port for power. You can also adjust the viewing angle in a range from -5° to 15°.
The retail package of this product contains the gaming monitor itself under the name KTC H24V13, as well as original accessories directly from the manufacturer.
This includes primarily the monitor stand, a power cable with a local plug for the mains (EU Plug, 220 – 240 V / 50 – 60 Hz), and the necessary HDMI cabling for connecting the video input. You’ll also find a warranty card and a brief user manual—traditionally, in English.

Absolutely terrible monitor. I strongly do not recommend it. Here you can see how it performs with ghosting and scrolling effects https://www.rajce.idnes.cz/peecha/album/ktc-h24v13 compared to my 11-year-old DELL monitor.
For such awful VA panels, they should be discontinued—I don’t understand how anyone could produce this in today’s day and age.
If you want something from KTC, then pay extra and get a perfect Mini LED, or even that cheap IPS—at least that shouldn’t be such a disaster.
