Top-tier specs
At first glance, it’s clear that Nubia is targeting the gaming segment with this smartphone. The dimensions are 164,5 x 77 x 9,47 mm and the weight is 228 grams, so this is neither a small nor a light device.
We also have two versions here: Void has a transparent back cover, while the Matte version has a black matte one. Everything is reinforced by a sturdy aluminum frame, and Nubia has also implemented the ICE 11 cooling system with a dual layer.
On the front, there is a large 6,8-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2 480 x 1 116 pixels and a 120-hertz refresh rate. The 16-megapixel selfie camera is placed under the display, so the screen isn’t spoiled by any notch or punch hole.
The most powerful processor
Inside, you’ll find the current most powerful processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It works together with 12 or 16 GB RAM and 256- or 512-gigabyte internal storage.
On the back, there are three separate sensors that aren’t joined by any single module. The main one has a resolution of 50 Mpx and uses the Samsung GN5 sensor. It is followed by an 8-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. There is also 8K video recording at 30 fps.
Big battery and 65-watt charging
The manufacturer didn’t forget the latest Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC for contactless payments with Google Pay. The gaming smartphone also gets quality stereo speakers with DTS support and 3 microphones.
Since this is a proper gaming smartphone, it deserves a proper battery with a capacity of 6 000 mAh. What’s more, the smartphone charges in just 43 minutes at 65 W.
