Yes… the description says “Oil highway”, but right away it’s clear that the brakes are disk brakes, but not hydraulic—mechanical/cable-operated.
Disc brakes look a bit different. 🙂

In the title, I noticed the mistake right away: they’re not disc brakes, but mechanical cable brakes—that’s a pretty big difference… fix it. Anyway, that’s exactly where the issue is: the first thing I would do with it is replace the hydraulic disc brakes. That’s what immediately caught my eye—what they’re saving on the price. Those outdated, rubbery cable brake “crap” should be thrown out immediately… and put in quality Shimano hydraulic brakes and disc brakes, and it will be, in a word, an excellent road bike…
