We’re testing the scooter
We ordered the Joyor T10 for the editorial office from AliExpress to test one of the hottest items of 2025. The new generation of the well-known Joyor S10-S-Z brings big improvements, especially a spring chassis that’s genuinely about a class better and dampens bumps perfectly. There’s also power up to 2 x 1000 W and hydraulic brakes.
Overall, our impression of this model is very positive—the build feels more robust compared to the previous generation. According to the manufacturer, the range should be around 75 km, but we know that won’t be a fully realistic value for a heavier rider and speeds higher than 25 km/h.
From the factory, the scooter is limited to 25 km/h, but with the P setting you can unlock this limit in a few clicks. More soon in our review.
Double the power thanks to two 1000W motors
The Joyor T10 comes with two independent 1000W motors that deliver instant acceleration and excellent climbing ability up to 35°. The ride is stable, dynamic, and suitable even for heavier riders. The top speed reaches up to 60 km/h after removing the speed limit, making the T10 one of the most powerful scooters in its category.
Speed control is smooth, acceleration is steady, and thanks to the 10-inch all-terrain tires you’ll enjoy the ride even on uneven roads or forest paths.
60V 18Ah battery with up to 75 km range
At the heart of the scooter is a 60V 18Ah battery that offers up to 75 kilometers of range in ideal conditions. In normal city riding, you can expect about 40–60 km, depending on your riding style and rider weight. Charging takes 8 to 10 hours, and thanks to the quality cells the battery delivers stable performance for a long time.
The scooter can handle riders weighing up to 120 kg, which will be appreciated not only by taller but also by more robust riders. Thanks to the reinforced aluminum frame, the model feels very sturdy and reliable.
Hydraulic brakes and suspension both front and rear
Safety is handled by front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, which provide excellent braking power even at higher speeds. The ride is also made more comfortable by hydraulic spring dampers both front and rear, which efficiently absorb impacts and terrain bumps.
Even on longer rides, quality suspension reduces fatigue in your hands and back. You’ll especially appreciate the damping on worse roads where standard scooters simply won’t cut it.
Practical display, lights, and folding design
Joyor T10 features a modern LCD display that shows speed, battery status, distance traveled, and more in real time. Turn signals, a rear brake light, and front LED lighting for night riding are also included.
You can fold the scooter thanks to the patented folding mechanism, which is simple and reliable. When folded, it measures only 119 cm and weighs 29.6 kg—which is a bit more, but still acceptable given the performance and robust build.

Do you have a coupon for the 48V Joyor T6 too? It should even meet the parameters without the insurance and the license
The Joyor T6 is over 25 kg and has a top speed of 48 km/h, so it doesn’t meet the requirement. 549 € on Geekbuying with coupon JoyorT6.
So which ones then meet the conditions?.. write me which ones don’t need insurance, but I don’t want gimmicks like Xiaomi 365 or under 250/350W, which are basically just for skinny women and can’t pull even a 100 kg guy up any hill. I want something right on the edge: under 25 kg, a 48V machine that doesn’t need insurance, and at least 600 to 1000W on at least 1 motor. I was thinking about Teverun Blade Mini Pro with 2x 500W and a 20.8Ah battery, but the weight is sadly outside 29 kg. The awesome L2 max also isn’t under 25 kg—same weight and similar Kugoo F3 plus 48V 20.8Ah, and the motor is fine too, but again the weight is also under 30 kg. I also found a new Kukirin model: M4 pro max—its weight is 24 kg, so it might fit; if you find me something that meets the conditions and doesn’t need insurance and it can also handle a 100 kg guy on a hill.
I don’t understand why they didn’t include insurance for anything above 30 kg total—it’s totally nonsense. There are plenty of 48V models with weight between 25 and 30 kg.
Joyor S5, S5 Pro, KuKirin G2 Pro DGT, Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 Pro.
So does the new Kukirin M4 Pro Max not count? It has up to 25 kg, and as far as I know, the Joyor T6 in the factory settings in the locked mode is up to 25 km/h, and only if the customer unlocks it does it comply with what’s written on the label, it just has a few tenths over 25 kg, which might be possible to “skew” somehow.
The G2 Pro has a weak range and the battery—I don’t want Xiaomi; those are 36V city crap gadgets. You can mess around with them with something like Ninebot Max G2—I had to push it because up a hill it switched off and stopped.
And the Joyors you listed are already clearance rack old stuff—I don’t trust them… I have an Angwatta F1; I’ll see how it rides without insurance. For now I don’t plan to get it since I also don’t have the license and can’t have it.
Then ride without it! Like a little kid! If people don’t see you and it doesn’t get you bothered on the street and stuff, then you can do everything “-))
None of them… each one is up to 25 km/h + weight is what matters. According to the label, not because someone drops something on it!!
Can the seat be bought separately? For the Joyor T10
Thanks
No, not originally. We don’t recommend putting a seat there—you’ll be immediately noticed by the police. Scooters with seats are prohibited, or if you have it unregistered.
Thanks for your reply
Thanks for the review and for helping with the choice – and thanks for the coupon 🙂
Ordered, I’m waiting for delivery – I’ll have Christmas then…
